My philosophy has always been to look at the whole child. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals that work with the child on a daily basis is the ultimate approach to treating them. Social-emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects of the child all play an important role when creating goals. Working together as a team to help and support the child provides long-term student success.
At Gesher Yehuda Yeshiva, we work with children with learning differences — bright children who struggle in a mainstream setting. We offer small, structured learning environments designed to meet individual needs. We are an academic program with highly trained special education teachers and therapists. Since 1994, our alumni have gone on to college, careers, and successful lives. All students deserve the education that best fits their needs.
